1. Position Requirements

· Primary Disciplines: Biology, Chemistry, Marine Science

· Majors: Chemical Biology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology & Biotechnology, Marine Biology

· Target Research Areas:

o Synthetic Biology & Bio-engineering Technology

o Applied Biotechnology

o Natural Product Chemical Biology

o Biosynthetic Chemistry

o Microbial Synthesis & Intelligent Manufacturing

o Design and Synthesis of Metabolic Pathways

o Marine Biotechnology & Marine Bio-resources

2. Postdoctoral Compensation & Benefits

· Appointment Term: Generally 2-3 years.

· Annual Salary: 350,000+ ￥. This package includes basic salary, living allowance, housing subsidy, and performance-based bonuses (awarded annually based on evaluation).

· Research Rewards: Significant scientific achievements will be rewarded in accordance with university policies.

· Insurance & Benefits:

o Full social security and housing provident fund contributions (equivalent to permanent faculty).

o Comprehensive insurance (including accident and hospitalization coverage) provided for international researchers.

3. Applicant Qualifications

· Education: PhD degree in a relevant field (obtained or expected shortly).

· Personal Attributes: Passion for research, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent teamwork skills.

· Health: In good physical and mental health.

· Age: Generally under the age of 35.
