Senior R&D Engineer
Responsibilities:
Responsible for designing and implementing experimental protocols for algal breeding, fermentation process optimization, and microalgal product separation and purification.
Responsible for organizing experimental results and data analysis related to product R&D.
Responsible for the development and filing of company product patents.
Responsible for administrative approval filings for company products.
Assist supervisors in completing other business-related tasks.
Requirements:
Ph.D. degree in Bioengineering/Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related majors; Master's degree requires 3+ years of relevant experience; Bachelor's degree requires 10+ years of relevant experience.
Skilled in microalgae/microbial cultivation, modification, and fermentation, as well as product separation and purification technologies.
Familiar with molecular biology and biochemistry experimental operations.
Skilled in literature reading, experimental design, and result analysis.
R&D Assistant Engineer
Responsibilities:
Responsible for algal cultivation, modification, and fermentation, as well as the separation and purification of microalgal products.
Responsible for experimental protocol design, results organization, and data analysis related to product R&D.
Assist R&D engineers in completing other business-related tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Bioengineering/Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related majors.
Familiar with molecular biology and biochemistry experimental operations.
Skilled in microalgae/microbial cultivation and fermentation, as well as product separation and purification technologies.
Possess literature retrieval and summarization skills, as well as the ability to organize and interpret experimental results.
Senior Process Engineer
Responsibilities:
Design new production processes and test run them to achieve process innovation.
Independently undertake existing process optimization, scale-up verification, and protocol design; solve process-related problems in pilot and scale-up production.
Optimize fermentation processes to improve efficiency, expand capacity, and reduce costs.
Perform fermenter and related operations to ensure orderly production; independently solve various problems arising during fermentation.
Track batch reports and analyze data to timely identify production issues and propose feasible solutions.
Improve process execution, report design, data aggregation, and statistical analysis.
Complete root cause analysis and measure formulation for abnormal and excellent batches.
Establish, standardize, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the fermentation workshop.
Complete writing related to fermentation for factory construction, patent applications, etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Bioengineering/Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Agronomy, or related majors; 10+ years of relevant work experience. For Master's degree holders or above, 5+ years of work experience. Experience in fermentation in large state-owned enterprises or listed companies is preferred.
Sufficient theoretical knowledge of biological fermentation, able to efficiently solve problems during R&D; capability to independently develop and design fermentation-related processes is preferred.
Ability to retrieve, read, rapidly acquire, and transform the latest microalgal process technologies from literature; proficiency in English reading and writing is preferred.
Process Engineer
Responsibilities:
Perform fermenter operations and independently solve various problems arising during fermentation.
Undertake process optimization, scale-up verification, and protocol design; solve pilot-scale problems.
Track batch reports and analyze data to timely identify production issues and propose feasible solutions.
Improve process execution, report design, data aggregation, and statistical analysis.
Complete root cause analysis and measure formulation for abnormal and excellent batches.
Standardize the execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the fermentation workshop and propose feasible improvement suggestions.
Cooperate in writing fermentation-related sections in relevant declaration materials.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Bioengineering/Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Agronomy, or related majors; 3+ years of relevant work experience.
Sufficient theoretical knowledge of fermentation, able to solve problems during R&D.
Master literature retrieval and reading; proficiency in English reading and writing is preferred.
Laboratory Technician
Responsibilities:
Assist engineers in performing experimental operations related to microalgae R&D.
Assist laboratory management personnel in organizing experimental records and analyzing results.
Complete the cleaning, maintenance, and daily management of laboratory equipment under the guidance of the department supervisor.
Complete other tasks arranged by the department supervisor.
Requirements:
College degree or above, unlimited major.
Good comprehension ability and hands-on practical ability.

Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
Responsible for business market development, proposing the company's market strategic deployment, formulating phased market expansion goals, and completing market expansion targets.
Maintain customer relationships, regularly visit customers, and introduce company services and related demonstration materials to potential customers.
Responsible for organizing business activity-related materials, including bids, draft project quotations, and contract drafting.
Responsible for interfacing with customers to communicate and negotiate contract terms, participating in bidding, and following up on customer feedback until contract signing.
Responsible for payment collection and accounts receivable dunning; collect market and industry information.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Life Sciences, Law, Marketing, Economics and Trade Management, or related majors.
2+ years of relevant work experience; knowledge of the microalgae biological industry is preferred.
Strong written expression, oral expression, and communication/coordination skills; agile thinking and quick response capability.
